One of the most critical daily activities is client communication. Proactive communication of schedule changes and responding to questions/concerns promptly is one of the most important aspects of the position. How You'll Make an Impact - Individually lead all aspects of Nuclear Energy projects (primary) and multiple Modernization & Upgrade, Spare Parts, and/or Inspection/Repair projects (secondary) simultaneously through project execution and warranty phases. - Interact with internal and external partners including Siemens Energy facilities, suppliers, and customers to ensure assigned projects are completed on time, on budget, and with high levels of quality and customer satisfaction. Report to senior management on the status of assigned projects. - Build trusted relationships with customers. - Identify risks and proactively manage/mitigate their impacts on the overall success of the project. - Manage revenue and EBIT targets through successful and timely completion of projects. - Participate in/lead improvement initiatives tied to Risk Management, OTD, Cost, Quality, Customer Satisfaction or other business critical needs. - Domestic/International travel required at times for internal and/or external, including Customer facing meetings during project execution (25%) What You Bring - Degree or equivalent experience in Engineering, Business, or Project Management; PMI or equivalent Siemens PM certification is a plus. - Minimum 5+ years of recent experience in a Project Management/Project Lead role. Those with more experience may be considered for a more senior level. - Dedicated and motivated with a strong work ethic, taking initiative to drive projects to completion while meeting customer expectations. - Customer-focused and collaborative, with proven multitasking abilities and flexibility in fast-paced environments under time constraints. - Strong written and verbal communication and problem-solving skills, with experience in effective internal and external communication. - Knowledge and experience with steam turbine design fundamentals, subcomponents, assembly and repair methods. Understanding of manufacturing processes, BOM structures and drawings required. Previous experience with other types of rotating turbomachinery or roles in Marketing & Sales and/or Field Service considered a plus. - Detail-oriented with proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project; SAP proficiency preferred. Ability to read and understand technical specifications in French. Along with the ability to communicate proficiently in English and French is a fundamental requirement.
