• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in PBM Manufacturer Rebates and Invoicing processes • Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to evolve Current State processes into a more robust and optimized Future State • Support the modernization of a legacy PBM platform into a Java / Cloud-based application • Independently analyze business needs and produce high-quality project documentation and deliverables • Develop user stories and acceptance criteria in collaboration with the Product Owner • Assist with activities across the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) • Document business and technical requirements supporting BI and reporting within the PBM rebates domain
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 5+ years of Business Analyst experience
- 5+ years of experience working for a leading PBM processor
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with PBM Manufacturer Rebates and Invoicing processes
- Proven experience in systems and/or data analysis within PBM environments
- Strong expertise in requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management
- PBM Manufacturer Rebates & Invoicing expertise
- Experience in Business & Systems Analysis within PBM platforms
- Experience in Requirements gathering (BRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria)
- Experience in Stakeholder collaboration & SME advisory
- Experience in Legacy system modernization (Java / Cloud)
- Experience in Data analysis, BI & reporting support
- Experience in SDLC delivery & Agile collaboration

Title and Summary Analyst, Legal Compliance - KYC Overview The Legal Compliance team is looking for an Analyst to drive our customer experience strategy forward by consistently innovating and problem-solving. The ideal candidate is passionate about AML regulation and sanctions, highly motivated, intellectually curious, analytical and forward thinking. Role The successful candidate will be responsible for: - Ensure that the onboarding process for customers complies with applicable regulations for Electronic Payments Funds Institutions (IFPEs) in Mexico, through legal analysis, document validation and risk assessment, in line with AML/CFT requirements and local financial regulations. - Supporting the operation of customer due diligence policies and procedures, including conducting risk assessments and assisting in the management of stakeholders to ensure due diligence is completed as required. - Assisting in the operation of sanction screening policies and procedures in line with relevant regulations, industry guidance, and company policies. - Helping to produce compliance policies and maintain departmental procedures. - Providing support for compliance queries from other business areas, escalating issues to senior team members as necessary. - Assisting in the review and assessment of new products to evaluate AML & sanctions risks and ensure appropriate compliance controls are implemented. - Contributing to the production of reporting for internal stakeholders, including senior management. - Monitoring changes to relevant regulations and industry guidance, communicating required changes to relevant business areas, and supporting the implementation of necessary changes. Role Description The Financial Management Analyst- Budget Operations position provides functional technical advice and assistance to the Defense Health Agency Financial Operations Division financial and budget analysts and financial support personnel. Specifically: - Leverage extensive GFEBS (General Fund Enterprise Business Systems) experience to perform the following duties: - Develop and maintain annual and multi-year spend plans. - Track commitments, obligations, expenses, and disbursements for daily/weekly/monthly reporting requirements. - Extract, analyze, and distribute status of funds (SOF) reports, open commitments, and open obligations reports on current and prior fiscal year financial data for assigned program/project and organizational funds. - Assist with Funding and Creating DRCH/WBS/Funded Programs and prepare SOF. - Leverage Microsoft Excel to perform the following duties: - Create a detailed analysis to assist with budget formulation, execution, current status of the spend plan. - Conduct data analysis, reviewing and thoroughly analyzing requests for funding, preparing graphs and reports for executive level briefings, and managing assigned project resources successfully to completion. - Develop and maintain spreadsheets, leveraging advanced techniques such as pivot tables and VLOOKUPs for periodic research and reporting. - Analyze and report planned vs. actual financial performance, tailoring recommended solutions to meet obligation and disbursement goals. - Negotiate, advise, and coordinate closely with internal and external customers to problem solve and efficiently manage client financial resources. - Build professional relationships with internal and external customers as it relates to budget operations. - Assist with other budget reporting activities as directed. Qualifications - Bachelor’s Degree in Financial Management, Financial Analysis, Managerial Finance, Accounting, Business or other related/allied discipline, or other relevant experience. - Extensive experience with General Fund Enterprise Business Systems (GFEBS) required. - MS Office Suite - Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Outlook, and Excel (Pivot Tables). - Utilize various automated systems to perform research, review, & report client financial data such as DAI, PBAS, CAPS-W, MOCAS, IPAC, EDA, EDM, WAAS, and WAWF. Requirements - 5-year minimum experience in DoD budget and program development, execution and management or other relevant experience. - 3-year minimum total direct experience with Defense Health Program operations or other relevant experience. - Demonstrated knowledge of commonly used DoD, Defense Health Program, and Federal budgetary and accounting methods, regulations, laws, and policies. - Demonstrated knowledge of the Federal Planning, Programming, Budgeting and Execution Process (PPBE) to advise on and/or properly execute, record and report obligations, expenditures, transfer of funds, allotments, year-end close out, etc. - Knowledge of automated budget and financial systems and capabilities. - Strong communication skills, both written and oral. - U.S. Citizenship required.
