• Act as the trusted lead for assigned accounts, owning strategy, relationship development, and lifecycle planning • Uncover client goals and deliver tailored campaign strategies and optimizations • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities • Synthesize campaign data into clear, client-ready narratives • Craft impactful decks that weave insights, optimizations, and strategic recommendations • Bring a strong, working knowledge of DSPs and SSPs to client conversations • Troubleshoot basic delivery issues and collaborate with Trading, Engineering, and Product teams
Job Requirements
- 6+ years in account management within the advertising or ad tech industry
- Proven track record of client growth, retention, and consultative upselling
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign performance data
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts
- Superior organizational and time management skills to work in a remote, fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Google Workspace products, HubSpot, Salesforce, and other ad tech
- Experience with research tools, brand studies, and ad measurement platforms, a plus
