Category: Finance and Accounting Location: Remote (DMV local) Assignment Type: Contract | 4–5 week assignment with possible extension Pay: $38 - $40 / Hour Work Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM | 40 hours per week Benefits: This position is eligible for medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) About Our Client: Addison Group is partnering with a large national organization seeking an experienced Compensation Analyst to support a busy Total Rewards team. This organization operates across multiple states and is looking for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Job Description: The Compensation Analyst will assist with compensation administration, market analysis, and pay structure support for a nationwide workforce. This individual will partner closely with HR and leadership teams to ensure compensation programs remain competitive, compliant, and aligned with business objectives. The ideal candidate has strong analytical capabilities, advanced Excel expertise, and prior experience supporting compensation functions within a large organization. Key Responsibilities: - Review and analyze compensation data, salary structures, and pay ranges - Conduct market pricing and benchmarking activities to support compensation decisions - Partner with HR teams and leadership to evaluate and update job descriptions - Support FLSA reviews and compensation compliance initiatives - Generate reports, dashboards, and compensation-related analytics using Excel - Assist with compensation program administration including incentive and bonus tracking - Respond to internal compensation-related questions and provide policy guidance - Help maintain compensation documentation, processes, and best practices Qualifications: - 4+ years of compensation analysis experience within a large, multi-state organization - Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, and data analysis - Experience supporting compensation programs and salary administration - Knowledge of FLSA classifications, market pricing, and compensation best practices - Background in high-volume industries such as healthcare, retail, hospitality, or food service preferred - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience) - Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and communication skills Additional Details: - Team environment supporting a large HR/Total Rewards department - Immediate interview availability with expedited hiring process - Potential overtime available with prior approval - Candidates should be available to commit to the full contract duration Perks: - Fully remote work environment - Opportunity to support a nationally recognized organization - Fast interview and onboarding process - Exposure to enterprise-level compensation programs and HR operations - Potential contract extension opportunity
