Facilities consist of pharmacy fulfillment centers, clinics, and corporate offices. This job is part of the Project Management function responsible for the management of projects from initiation through completion. Projects consist of tenant improvements, decommissions, and capital improvement construction projects. This is a remote role that may require up to 30%-50% travel regionally predominantly in the Eastern and Central Time Zones. What You’ll Do - Manage all areas of project management for multiple real estate projects. This includes planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout. - Work directly with clients to prepare all elements of the project. This includes the scope of work, project delivery resource requirements, cost estimates & budget, work plan schedule & milestones, quality control, and risk identification. - Define the project delivery resources from pre-qualified lists or through the project qualification process.
