Role Description We are seeking two Project Manager's to become part of the organization and lead cross-functional teams in delivering complex packaging machinery projects on time and within budget. Level will be determined based on experience and we are open to local or remote talent. - Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and resources for long-term machine projects - Lead cross-functional coordination across engineering, manufacturing, sales, and customers - Communicate project status, drive alignment, and resolve issues - Monitor milestones and ensure commitments are met - Manage change requests and project risks - Travel up to 50% to support project delivery - Support sales activities as needed Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in engineering or technical field - Experience in packaging machinery or related equipment - Ability to read and interpret CAD drawings - Willingness to travel up to 50% - domestically and internationally Requirements - Project Manager: 3+ years of relevant experience - Senior Project Manager: 7+ years with experience leading large, complex projects and mentoring others Benefits - Medical, Dental, Vision insurance offered at 30 days of employment - Generous Educational Reimbursement program - Company sponsored Life and Disability Insurance - Paid Time Off - Ten (10) Paid Holidays per year - 401K with Company Match
