Role Description They are now seeking to hire a Data and Reporting Analyst to support their master data governance, automate recurring reporting, and deliver actionable insights that drive commercial efficiency. Qualifications - Proven experience working within an SAP S4 HANA environment - Advanced proficiency in Power BI or similar business intelligence and reporting tools - Expert-level Excel skills, including data analysis, reporting, and reconciliation functions - Strong understanding of relational databases, data governance, and master data management principles - Demonstrated experience with data cleansing, validation, and reporting automation processes - High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills - Strong organisational and time management capabilities with the ability to meet 48-hour turnaround deadlines - Excellent written and verbal English communication skills - Ability to work independently while supporting cross-functional business teams - Previous experience in data management, reporting analysis, finance support, or related analytical roles - Exposure to finance, commercial reporting, or ERP reporting environments - Experience collaborating with IT teams for dataset transformation Requirements - Serve as a support resource for master data governance activities within the SAP S4 HANA environment - Manage and maintain critical master data elements including product master data, business partners, and customer master data - Support master data cleansing, validation, maintenance, and governance processes to ensure data consistency and accuracy - Assist in maintaining single source of truth data protocols and data quality standards - Design, develop, maintain, and update recurring reports and dashboards within Power BI and SAP - Support automated reporting processes and report scheduling - Assist with data extraction, consolidation, and report automation initiatives - Work with the Group IT team to transform datasets into clear and user-friendly reports and dashboards - Prepare and format recurring Excel-based and database-driven reports - Investigate and resolve data discrepancies within SAP systems - Perform reconciliation support and data validation activities - Support analysis preparation through data gathering, consolidation, and formatting - Assist with financial modelling preparation and data consolidation activities - Handle internal data requests and reporting turnaround requirements within agreed timelines - Partner with the business to automate routine reporting processes and improve reporting efficiency Benefits - Permanent work-from-home set-up - Dayshift (Australian business hours) - Full-time job - HMO - Annual leave - 13th-month pay - With Government Mandated Benefits

Role Description The Senior Manager, Business Intelligence & Analytics is a critical leadership role responsible for shaping and delivering the organization’s data and analytics capabilities.
