Job Description
Field Service Engineer
Ecolab
• Travel to customer site to perform equipment commissioning, Site Acceptance Testing (SAT), on-site preventative maintenance, on-site equipment troubleshooting and repair, and training for domestic and international customers. • Provide feedback to engineering, project management, and manufacturing on lessons learned. • Maintain detailed field service trip reports. • Work with engineering for drawing and software updates based on field service work performed or future trips. • Coordinate with customers on the procurement of spare parts and field upgrades. • Provide after-market technical and sales support.
Job Requirements
- BS in Electrical, Chemical, or Mechanical Engineering
- 3 to 5 years relevant work experience, preferably in manufacturing
- Familiarity with industrial process equipment
- Working experience with AutoCAD, and the Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Familiarity with PLCs, HMIs, and electrical and mechanical troubleshooting
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- No immigration sponsorship available for this role
