Field Solutions Engineer

• Embed into priority partner and customer engagements to accelerate progress toward defined technical outcomes • Provide hands-on integration and implementation support, guiding teams on recommended approaches • Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues, coordinating internally to drive resolution • Plan and facilitate technical workshops, hackathons, and enablement sessions to build capability and adoption • Build and maintain high-quality demo assets, including sample applications, reference implementations, and demo environments • Continuously improve technical demos to support customer engagements and internal enablement • Capture and standardise repeatable technical patterns (reference architectures, templates, runbooks, playbooks) • Gather evidence-based insights from real-world deployments and translate them into actionable product feedback • Maintain clear communication on engagement status, risks, and next steps across stakeholders

Job Requirements

  • Experience in a customer-facing technical role (Solutions Engineer, Implementation Engineer, Customer Engineer, Sales Engineer, Technical Consultant or similar)
  • Strong engineering fundamentals with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex integration and implementation challenges
  • Experience delivering technical solutions end-to-end alongside customer or partner engineering teams
  • Experience facilitating hands-on technical workshops, hackathons, or enablement sessions
  • Experience building and maintaining demo assets (sample apps, reference implementations, demo environments)
  • Clear and structured written communication skills (technical documentation, patterns, engagement summaries)
