Role Description We’re looking for an experienced Senior Analyst, Marketing Analytics to help us change the way the world works. Here, you’ll be a key member of our Data Analytics team, where you will use your quantitative background to dive into large datasets to guide decision-making for the B2C Marketing team. - Build a comprehensive understanding of how customers move through our digital ecosystem—from initial visit to purchase and beyond. - Analyze and mitigate customer churn effectively while also driving strategies for customer acquisition and optimize trial-to-conversion processes. - Make data driven strategy recommendations in areas such as customer acquisition, customer activation and retention, media mix modeling, marketing attribution, and experimentation. - Deep dive into advanced analyses, providing robust models tied to business objectives and outcomes, and being able to derive meaningful conclusions from it. - Ideate and implement unexplored analyses that can identify areas of opportunity that support business goals and evolve business strategy. - Work with the data engineering and reporting arm of the Data Analytics team to better evolve self-service reporting based on your analyses and adopted by the Marketing team. - Be able to work independently, identify dependencies to unblock projects, and craft courses of action to complete projects. - Manage multiple complex projects in parallel tracks. Qualifications - 5+ years of professional experience in Marketing Analytics, Growth Marketing Analytics, Performance Marketing, Marketing Campaign Analytics, etc. + Domain expertise in eCommerce software sales models. - 3+ years’ experience working in business intelligence, data analytics, data science, or similar role. - Highly advanced technical skills (i.e. SQL, R, etc.) and database skills with preferred experience in Snowflake. - Proficiency in statistical analysis and predictive modeling. Demonstrated use of statistical models in influencing or changing the course of marketing strategies. - Experience creating accurate revenue forecasts and financial models involving LTV and ARR. - Deep knowledge of marketing metrics and KPIs. Experience in analyzing marketing campaign performance and ROI. Strong understanding of market trends, seasonality, customer behavior, and competitive landscape. - Experience in analyzing key customer pathways, surfacing friction points to identify where experimentation can improve flow and conversion. - Proficiency in Google Analytics, advantages and limitations of GA4 event tracking and its effect on analytics. Role Description The Senior Account Supervisor, Experiential Marketing leads the day-to-day management of experiential marketing programs for an integrated agency specializing in experiential, social and influencer marketing, creative, and branding. This is a remote position, with occasional travel as needed for key meetings/events. This role is ideal for an experienced experiential account lead who can manage multiple projects at once, lead client communication, oversee scopes, budgets, and timelines, and guide cross-functional teams through the development and delivery of brand activations, pop-ups, events, launches, mobile tours, sponsorship activations, immersive experiences, and integrated campaigns. This is not a sales role.
