Role Description The Senior SAP ECPayroll Configuration Analyst is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing the EC Payroll cloud solution for Foundever. We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll Consultant with specialized knowledge in payroll. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of payroll processes, compliance requirements, and the ability to implement and support SAP SuccessFactors Payroll solutions. This is a remote role; candidate must be okay supporting the EST timezone. - Support and configure SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll solutions for US and Canada - Hands-on experience in Payroll configuration (schemas, PCRs, Wage Type attributes, Payroll Posting, DRM, GL posting) - Analyze SAP PAYROLL business requirements and propose innovative and integrated solutions - Troubleshoot and resolve issues as they arise, ensuring timely collaborative solutions - Configure, support and optimize key payroll processes, including gross-to-net calculations, tax reporting, garnishments, third-party remittances, year-end activities, and accrual setup - Conduct parallel payroll testing, troubleshoot issues, and resolve integration challenges effectively - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Environment maintenance and technical enhancements - Develop and refine custom operations, rules, and functions as required - Maintain system performance and compliance by monitoring and applying support packs timely - Communicate progress, risks, and issues clearly to management and stakeholders - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure end-to-end payroll process efficiency - Demonstrates logical thinking and problem-solving skills along with an ability to collaborate - Ability to adapt to evolving processes, tools, and team structure - Ability to adhere to processes and guidance and make sound decisions under sometimes ambiguous circumstances Qualifications - Experience with US Canadian payroll business legislation - Experience in a minimum of 1 End to End SAP Payroll implementation for each of these phases: requirement gathering, conduct workshops, technical analysis and design, build, training, testing, data migration - 3-5 years of hands-on independent experience in SAP Payroll configuration - SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll certification - Effective written and verbal communication skills in English Company Description Foundever® is a global leader in the customer experience (CX) industry. Role Description The ACM Consultant provides case management for all types of accommodation requests related to life events. The ACM Consultant is highly skilled in: - Answering questions and understanding the employee’s situation - Applying the appropriate benefits and responding to changing circumstances - Paving the way for a connected and trusted case management experience - Being the single point of contact for an employee throughout an entire leave of absence or disability event Key job responsibilities include: - Initiating and responding to inquiries about accommodation events, benefits, and options available to employees - Serving as a point of contact for assigned employees to provide holistic case management services - Reviewing medical documentation in compliance with federal and state laws and Amazon policy - Leveraging duration guidelines, best practice tools, and Amazon resources to support oversight of an accommodation - Critically assessing and adjusting the case management plan to an employee’s changing needs - Addressing and responding to sensitive situations - Troubleshooting issues and seeking to remove barriers before, during, or after a leave event - Responding to employee-impacting issues that may arise during the leave event - Identifying and solving problems that may arise, sometimes with limited information - Educating managers and business partners on employee concerns and needs - Communicating regular updates to employees and stakeholders both verbally and in writing - Ensuring compliance with standard work, federal/state regulations, and company policy - Maintaining system records to ensure accurate and timely information/documentation - Consulting, coordinating, and partnering with third-party administrators, HR, Safety, Legal, Payroll, Benefits, and other departments - Other duties as assigned Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field - Experience in customer-facing roles - Experience in Human Resources, Claim Management, or Leave & Disability management roles - Experience in English and Spanish language communication skills, both written and verbal Requirements - Experience managing confidential and sensitive employee information and adherence to strict confidentiality standards - Experience handling ambiguous or undefined challenges through strong problem-solving abilities - Knowledge of employment law and HR policies and procedures - Knowledge of HRIS or Applicant Tracking Systems is preferred - Experience working in multicultural or bilingual environments Benefits - Starting pay: $20.00 - $35.00 USD hourly - EAP, Mental Health Support, Medical Advice Line, 401(k) matching starting Day 1 of employment
