• Lead end-to-end delivery of Salesforce implementation projects, focusing on Service Cloud and Field Service solutions. • Facilitate discovery sessions, workshops, and requirements-gathering activities with business stakeholders. • Translate business requirements into actionable plans for technical and implementation teams. • Create and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, and resource coordination. • Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks and dependencies. • Drive stakeholder communication and executive reporting throughout the project lifecycle. • Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), training activities, and deployment readiness. • Lead change management initiatives to maximize user adoption and business value. • Define and track project KPIs, adoption metrics, and ROI indicators. • Support go-live activities and post-implementation stabilization efforts. • Act as the primary liaison between business users, implementation teams, and leadership stakeholders.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in project management, program management, and business analysis.
- Proven experience delivering Salesforce implementation projects.
