Role Description We're looking for a Founding Sales Partner to help identify and develop opportunities with operations-heavy businesses. This is not a traditional SDR role. You will not spend your days blasting generic sequences or reading scripts. Instead, you'll engage directly with owners, presidents, COOs, general managers, and operations leaders to uncover operational challenges and determine whether Orqestrix can help. You will have access to our proprietary GTM operating system, including: - Automated prospect sourcing - AI-assisted outreach drafting - Lead scoring - Opportunity scoring - CRM integration - LinkedIn workflow management - Referral tracking - Commission tracking - Sales enablement resources Your job is to create conversations and identify qualified opportunities. Qualifications - B2B sales representative - Business development representative - Account executive - Operations consultant - Construction industry salesperson - Fractional operator - Business owner - Entrepreneur We're less concerned with your title and more interested in your ability to build trust and have meaningful business conversations. Requirements - Strong communication skills - Professional presence with business owners and executives - Self-motivated and comfortable working independently - Comfortable using modern web-based software - Reliable internet connection - Ability to manage follow-up consistently Nice to Have - Construction industry experience - Operations background - Consulting experience - Existing professional network - CRM experience - LinkedIn prospecting experience Benefits - This is a commission-only opportunity. - Compensation is tied directly to closed business and tracked transparently through the Orqestrix platform. - High performers have significant upside potential.
