Internal Communications Manager
Solventum
• Support Solventum’s Health Information Systems (HIS) business • Help shape how employees understand strategy, stay aligned to priorities and remain engaged • Translate business priorities into clear and accessible communications • Support development and execution of integrated communications strategies • Serve as a trusted advisor to HIS leaders • Ensure all communications reflect the HIS narrative and brand • Support town halls, leadership visibility moments, transformation updates • Write and edit high quality communications including leadership messages and presentations • Build strong relationships with leaders and teams across HIS and equip people managers with communication toolkits
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in communications, public relations, journalism, business or a related field
- Eight plus years of experience in internal communications, corporate communications or related roles
- Experience supporting technical, software, digital health or regulated business environments
- Ability to translate complex, operational or technical information into relevant and accessible content
- Strong writing, editing and storytelling skills tailored for diverse audiences
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
- Experience partnering with leaders in matrixed or cross functional teams
- Proactive mindset with strong critical thinking, collaboration and problem solving skills
- Experience in healthcare, medtech, software or other regulated industries
- Familiarity with change management principles and how they support employee communications
