The ideal candidate has a strong background in Unreal Engine, particularly Unreal Sequencer, and a deep understanding of how to bridge cinematic storytelling with real-time gameplay systems. You will work closely with writers, animators, level designers, and engineers to craft compelling in-game cinematics that elevate player immersion and emotional engagement. - Design, implement, and polish real-time cinematics using Unreal Sequencer, including camera work and cinematic transitions. - Collaborate with narrative, animation, gameplay, level design, and VFX teams to integrate cinematic sequences seamlessly into Unreal Engine. - Set up and maintain narrative systems, such as dialogue triggers, branching scenes, and character states, to support interactive storytelling. - Develop and maintain cinematic tools, blueprints, and pipelines that improve workflow efficiency for the team. - Troubleshoot and optimize cinematics for performance and stability across multiple platforms. - Work with audio teams to sync VO, SFX, and music with cinematic sequences. - Provide technical mentorship and documentation for cinematic workflows and tools. Role Description As a Senior Designer in our eCOA Solutions team, you will lead the design and delivery of electronic Clinical Outcome Assessment (eCOA) systems for global clinical trials. You’ll be joining a team known for its deep expertise, strong collaboration, and commitment to excellence. Working closely with sponsors, project managers, and internal teams, you’ll transform study protocols into digital solutions that support data integrity, patient safety, and scientific rigor. This fully remote role is open to candidates across the U.S., with preference for those who can support East Coast time zones.
