Qualifications - 7+ years in business architecture, customer experience design, or enterprise process improvement - Proven expertise in journey mapping and design, process modeling, customer experience design, and/or operating model design - Demonstrated facilitation with ability to drive alignment across distributed stakeholder groups - Exceptional communication skills to drive clarity throughout the organization - Experience working within agile frameworks (SAFe or similar) - Excellent ability to influence, negotiate, and guide decisions without formal authority - Experience supporting enterprise transformation, digital initiatives, or strategic planning - In-depth understanding of enterprise domains such as data, applications, and technology and how they relate to business models - Demonstrated ability to collaborate with senior leaders and technical architects - Excellent critical thinking, analytical skills with strong attention to detail - Able to work remotely with access to a high-speed internet connection and located in the United States or Puerto Rico Requirements - Define and align the end-to-end experience by orchestrating the definition and maintenance of a holistic future-state vision for customer and internal user experiences across Workplace Solutions - Design and connect business processes by modeling and optimizing high-level processes and workflows to support a seamless, integrated experience - Drive alignment across teams and initiatives by serving as a connector across business, product, and technology functions so work remains cohesive, well-defined, and aligned to the long-term vision - Facilitate collaboration and informed decision-making by leading discussions, surfacing tradeoffs, and helping leaders and teams align on the best path forward - Ensure consistency through change by reviewing and guiding process, system, and experience changes to maintain alignment with the desired future state - Partner closely with Business Owners and their delegates, Product Managers, Product Owners, Technical Architects, and Business Assessment and ART Delivery teams to maintain shared understanding of the experience being designed and delivered - Collaborate with the Business Assessment team so strategic initiatives are shaped within the context of the future-state customer and user experience vision, while supporting alignment as work progresses into delivery - Partner with Product Managers, Product Owners, Technical Architects, and the Business Integration Team to help ensure ART development remains aligned to the broader end-to-end vision, without directly owning execution - Coordinate with content and documentation partners to help ensure process documentation and experience artifacts remain current, consistent, and accessible as the business evolves - Promote a culture of diversity and inclusion, value different ideas and opinions, and listen courageously, remaining curious in all that you do Benefits - Estimated Salary (Levels have variable responsibilities and qualifications) - Business Architect IV: $130,000 - $140,000, plus annual bonus opportunity - 401(k) plan with a 2% company contribution and 6% company match - Work-life balance with vacation, personal time and paid holidays
