This pivotal role focuses on ensuring accurate data management to support our day-to-day operations and help maintain the superior standards customers expect from Mister Spear. - Accurately enter and update data related to inventory, orders, shipments, and customer information into company databases. - Review and verify data for completeness and correctness to ensure high data integrity. - Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to data security policies. - Collaborate with inventory and logistics teams to ensure accurate record-keeping of gourmet produce supplies. - Generate periodic reports from data management systems to assist management in operational decisions. - Identify and resolve discrepancies in data by cross-referencing with source documents. - Assist in the development and implementation of data entry procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy. - Support other administrative tasks as needed to facilitate smooth operations.
