Role Description Our client is seeking a highly organized, dependable, and clinically knowledgeable Clinical Patient Coordinator (Registered Nurse) to support patient onboarding, scheduling, insurance coordination, phone triage, and administrative operations for a growing infusion therapy practice. This role is ideal for a Registered Nurse (RN) who enjoys combining clinical knowledge with patient coordination and healthcare administration. The coordinator will serve as a key point of contact for patients, physicians, pharmacies, referral sources, and internal team members, helping ensure a seamless patient experience from intake through treatment coordination. As the Clinical Patient Coordinator, you will: - Manage patient onboarding, appointment scheduling, insurance verification, documentation workflows, and incoming phone calls while maintaining accurate records across multiple systems. - Support daily operations and allow leadership to focus on strategic growth and expansion initiatives. This program exclusively serves justice-involved adults who are experiencing mental illness and have recently been determined to be incompetent to stand trial. The goal of this program is to provide rapid mental health services to people in need - so they may achieve improved behavioral health outcomes as quickly as possible. Services are provided onsite to inmates at several county jails in located in San Bernardino, Riverside, San Diego, and San Mateo Counties.
