Senior Construction Manager – Generation

• Manages and inspects the day-to-day activities of multiple contractor crews simultaneously • Facilitates the replacement and/or installation of electric infrastructure equipment and ensures that all safety standards, company construction standards, company specifications, and governmental regulations are met • Work with all stakeholders including third party consultants, contractors, and client management to maintain construction schedules • Makes the proper notification to all federal, state and local agencies before, during and after construction as required • Regularly communicates job status to the appropriate parties to facilitate scheduling commitments • Ensures that the terms and conditions of the contract and technical specifications are met • Acts as the client’s quality assurance and performs routine audits of the EPC QA/QC program, document and provide reports
Job Requirements
- Field Construction oversight experience
- Electrical or mechanical oversight experience throughout a plant environment
- Strong communication, management background, ability to stop work when needed
- Safety focused
