Production Manager

ElevenLabs

• Drive the success of Productions for one or multiple language teams. • Onboard and train linguists and other audio professionals (Producers) to use the ElevenLabs platform. • Build quality control and monitoring systems for your language to ensure the dubs, audiobooks, and other content we deliver sound natural and professional-grade. • Work with the Productions product and engineering team to optimize our tools and processes for high-quality content creation. • Define our editorial line and set our creative direction, such as style guides, voice casting, translation and adaptation principles.

Job Requirements

  • Native speaker of or native-level knowledge of Japanese or Korean (but no requirement to be based in either country).
  • Experience building and/or running a production team inside a language service provider (LSP), localization agency, media company, or similar for one or multiple of the following: Transcripts, Translations, Dubs, Audiobooks.
  • Strong attention to detail: you should have keen eyes and ears in your native language and be capable of spotting even the smallest inconsistencies or mistakes that keep something from reading or sounding 100% natural.
  • Comfortable giving feedback: you will be responsible for the quality of content the team produces in your language and should feel comfortable setting and maintaining a high bar.
  • Bonus points for: Familiarity with the ElevenLabs platform, including our transcript editor, Studio, and dubbing products; Native-level abilities in multiple non-English languages.

Role Description We are looking for a detail-oriented and creative Email Producer to join our Audience Development team in a part-time capacity, about 20 hours per week. The primary responsibility of this role is to build and manage email campaigns within our Email Service Provider (ESP), HubSpot. You will play a key role in driving our email marketing efforts, from campaign creation to reporting and optimization. Key Responsibilities: - Newsletter Campaign Production: Build, edit, and deploy email campaigns using HubSpot, ensuring they are on-brand, visually appealing, and meet our objectives. This includes email newsletters, promotions, and third-party sales emails. - Third-Party Email Production: Build, edit, and deploy all 3rd-Party email campaigns - working with the Account Management Team. Includes e-blasts and newsletter integrations. - Testing & QA: Conduct thorough testing of email campaigns, including rendering tests across various devices and email clients, and ensure all links, images, and tracking are functioning properly. - Reporting & Analysis: Generate and analyze reports on email performance, including open rates, click-through rates, and conversions. Provide insights and recommendations for optimization. - A/B Testing: Develop and execute A/B tests to optimize subject lines, email content, and other variables to improve email performance. - Collaboration: Work closely with the design, content, and marketing teams to create compelling email content that resonates with our audience. - Compliance: Ensure all email campaigns comply with industry regulations and best practices, including CAN-SPAM and GDPR.
