Role Description As an Organic Performance Strategist, you will transform our organic ecosystem by: - Scale from SEO to GEO: Ensuring our global web platforms and digital marketplaces are optimized for modern AI discovery engines like ChatGPT, Gemini, and Perplexity. - Architect Programmatic SEO (pSEO): Designing scalable, database-driven programmatic strategies and automation workflows to capture long-tail, high-intent traffic across multiple global markets. - Productize SEO/GEO Services: Designing, launching, and optimizing a comprehensive SEO/GEO Service Catalog to deliver high-ROI, managed shared services via our GCC. - Drive Global Adoption: Acting as the global evangelist for the Growth Performance CoE, navigating diverse regional realities to drive full adoption of centralized organic strategies. - Future-Proof the Brand: Proactively defending our global ecosystem against zero-click searches, algorithm shifts, and changing search behaviors. Qualifications - 10+ Years of Global Leadership: Proven track record of high-level SEO and organic growth management within a matrixed, international corporate environment. - Digital Marketplace Expertise: Deep, hands-on experience scaling organic performance for large-scale digital marketplaces, job boards, or aggregator platforms. - Change Management Mastery: Documented success driving tool and service adoption across decentralized global stakeholders.
