• Develop high-converting direct response ad concepts for Meta, TikTok, and other paid channels • Create strong angles, hooks, and messaging frameworks for a mature female audience • Translate product benefits into emotion-driven, problem-solution ads • Continuously generate new concepts while iterating on proven winners • Analyze performance data (hooks, retention, CTR, CPA, ROAS) • Identify winning creatives and patterns • Create structured iterations to scale winners • Write clear, actionable briefs for UGC creators and editors • Guide creators on tone, structure, objections, and delivery • Work closely with media buyers to align creative & performance • Collaborate with brand and marketing teams to ensure consistency • Deeply understand the mature women customer • Identify key objections, desires, fears, and buying triggers • Monitor competitors and market trends • Turn customer feedback and reviews into ad concepts
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as a Creative Strategist for D2C brands
- Strong background in direct response advertising
