• Strategic Prospecting: Identify and research high-potential enterprise and mid-market accounts, focusing on decision-makers in IT, DevOps, and Infrastructure. • Multi-Channel Outreach: Execute a high-volume outreach strategy including 50–60 cold calls per day, personalized emailing, and LinkedIn networking. • Technical Discovery: Conduct initial discovery calls to assess tech stacks, cloud environments, and data center needs using BANT or MEDDPIC frameworks. • Solution Mapping: Effectively communicate the value of complex solutions (Servers, Cloud, Storage, Networking, Cybersecurity) to both technical CTOs and non-technical stakeholders. • Pipeline Management: Drive a consistent pipeline with a target of 15 qualified meetings per month and a monthly revenue target of £100,000. • Full-Cycle Engagement: Manage leads through the qualification process, including closing, upselling, cross-selling, and account management. • Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of industry trends like Hybrid Cloud, Edge Computing, and AI to provide expert-led consultations.

Job Requirements

  • Proven track record in an SDR or Sales role within the SaaS or Tech sector.
  • Exceptional verbal and written English skills.
  • Proficiency in Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Microsoft Office is mandatory.
  • Expert-level skills in cold calling, cold emailing, and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Strong ability in lead qualification, account management, and upselling.
  • Ability to work GMT hours (with flexible core overlap) in an offshore capacity.
  • Experience specifically within the IT infrastructure, data center, or cloud services space.
  • Familiarity with bridging technical gaps for enterprise-level clients.

Role Description Provides essential project support and in-sourced and outsourced resource management tasks for IT Professional Services Projects.
