The Job: - Team management, responsible for meeting key performance indicators, stakeholder engagement, outreach, succession planning, and engaging in professional development. - Provide support to individuals in crisis; preventative, acute, or chronic crisis management. - Implement Strategies and Interventions developed by CBEMs Critical Intervention Specialist (CIS) using the Behavior Skills Training model. - Consult with a Psychiatrist, BCBA, and Psychologist. - Participate in clinical trainings - Participate and/or facilitate Interdisciplinary planning meetings.
