This is an exciting role where you will work alongside the Digital & Content Manager and collaborate closely with key stakeholders across the business to bring our strategy, purpose, values, and ways of working to life across internal digital communications channels. Here is a taster of what you can expect in this role: - End-to-End Content Creation: Manage digital and visual design needs for the internal communications team across multiple platforms and brands. - Campaign Amplification: Support communications campaigns by producing content for a variety of platforms, including websites, blogs, videos, internal campaigns, digital displays, posters, and printables. - Video Production: Manage filming and production needs across internal communications, including maintaining a regular schedule of requirements for Endeavour leaders. - Asset & Event Management: Develop high-quality digital assets and slide packs for key corporate events, and manage the technical logistics for live stream, hybrid, and in-person events. - Innovation & Emerging Tech: Leverage emerging technologies like Artificial Intelligence to optimize engagement, build automation for complex digital tasks, and upskill internal teams on digital tools and best practices. - Strategy & Performance: Support a unified internal digital communications strategy, manage the integration of new communication platforms, and use data and insights to monitor performance and enhance the overall team experience. Qualifications Now let's talk about you: - A degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communications, or extensive experience in a related industry is highly desirable. - Proficient in digital design and video tools, specifically Adobe Creative Suite (including Photoshop, Premiere, After Effects, and Illustrator). - Proven experience in videography and video editing, including capturing high-quality video and stills using digital cameras, alongside an audio-visual aptitude to learn on the job. - Familiarity with web and mobile technologies, internal communications, or social media platforms. - Experience in a Google-based environment or a complex matrix organization (like retail/hospitality) is a big plus. - Strong understanding of story ideation, storytelling, design principles, design frameworks, and concept visualization. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills with top-tier attention to detail, strong stakeholder communication abilities, and the analytical and time-management skills required to lead through ambiguity and meet deadlines. - Ability to travel interstate to capture engaging content as required.
