• Lead the ongoing optimization and stabilization of the NetSuite ERP system • Review and improve existing configurations across AR, AP, inventory, banking, and bill of materials modules • Architect and implement system customizations to enhance financial reporting and supply chain KPIs • Assess and correct existing integrations (Shopify, Amazon, 3PL, EDI, and other connected platforms) • Support automation initiatives including high-volume order processing (2,000–3,000 daily orders), payment reconciliation, and shipment tracking • Manage multi-location warehouse setup and multi-entity reporting requirements • Collaborate with finance, operations, and supply chain teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions • Provide long-term ERP roadmap planning aligned with automation and AI initiatives • Coordinate with existing consultants for basic tasks while leading strategic system execution • Provide documentation, system training support, and best practice recommendations

Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. • Configure and test SSO integrations and application assignments within Microsoft Entra ID as applications transition from Okta • Support the migration of authentication policies and identity configurations under the guidance of the Senior Engineer • Onboard administrative and privileged accounts into BeyondTrust and manage request/approval workflows for infrastructure access • Perform Active Directory health checks, object clean-up, and organizational unit restructuring within divested AD forests • Troubleshoot identity and synchronization issues, including hybrid vs. cloud-only account conflicts and Entra Connect challenges • Provide coexistence support during the interim state where users operate across legacy parent systems and the new standalone environment • Collaborate with the MSP by providing required data, access, and technical coordination to support M365 migration efforts • Maintain accurate documentation of identity configurations, access models, and support procedures

• Develop and maintain relationships with district clients, potential clients, dealer group management, and state dealer associations. • Establish and demonstrate exceptional industry and regulatory knowledge through onsite field audits, employee trainings, and regulatory interaction. • Minimize risk to increase profitability for the client. • Organize a quarterly visit schedule to maximize travel efficiency based on local and distant client groupings and service frequency. • Assist with and/or prepare various compliance documentation as needed (i.e., Hazard Communication, Respiratory Protection, Tier II reporting, OSHA 300 logs, etc.). • Assist in developing, implementing, and monitoring accident prevention programs, policies, and procedures to ensure continuous safe working conditions. • Help communicate and implement environmental management compliance systems. • Support the ongoing growth of the company by performing exceptional customer service and documenting referrals or sales leads per year to the area Account Executive. • Responsible for promoting productive relationships with dealer group management for KPA clients and State Dealer Association Management. • Performs other duties and fulfills other responsibilities, as assigned.
