Identity & Systems Admin Consultant – Mid-Level
Trility Consulting
• Configure and test SSO integrations and application assignments within Microsoft Entra ID as applications transition from Okta • Support the migration of authentication policies and identity configurations under the guidance of the Senior Engineer • Onboard administrative and privileged accounts into BeyondTrust and manage request/approval workflows for infrastructure access • Perform Active Directory health checks, object clean-up, and organizational unit restructuring within divested AD forests • Troubleshoot identity and synchronization issues, including hybrid vs. cloud-only account conflicts and Entra Connect challenges • Provide coexistence support during the interim state where users operate across legacy parent systems and the new standalone environment • Collaborate with the MSP by providing required data, access, and technical coordination to support M365 migration efforts • Maintain accurate documentation of identity configurations, access models, and support procedures

• Service inbound and/or emails from customers arranging group travel • Develop reservations consistent with the customer’s needs and within the specifications of the unique meeting/group profile • Exercise due diligence in seeking the lowest applicable fare using the GDS, Consolidator or block space with the airline • Negotiate the block space with the airline on the client’s behalf • Complete all reservations in an accurate and timely manner following meeting/group guidelines • Deliver extraordinary customer service to all ALTOUR clients • Greet all clients with enthusiasm • Provide consultative service to travelers and travel arrangers throughout the booking process

• Own and evolve a holistic member engagement strategy that drives acquisition, retention, and improved health outcomes across apree health offerings. • Build targeted, outcomes-focused engagement strategies using clinical risk data, social determinants of health, plan status, and demographics. • Set clear, measurable member engagement goals and take ownership of delivering results through targeted, data driven engagement strategies. • Design and launch multi-channel engagement campaigns across digital and offline channels (e.g., app and SMS, email, direct mail, events, webinars, outreach calls, and social media). • Develop and execute B2C social media strategies to drive engagement, brand awareness and acquisition. • Partner cross-functionally with Product, Clinical Operations, Customer Success, Sales, Analytics, Finance, and Customer Experience to implement engagement programs quickly and effectively. • Work closely with designers and creative partners to bring ideas to life—writing content and briefs, reviewing concepts, launching campaigns, and analyzing results. • Measure performance, test and learn, and use data to continuously refine strategy and improve member engagement. • Clearly communicate insights, results, and recommendations to internal teams and client partners.
