GRC Implementation Lead
RESILIV
Role Description Resiliv is delivering enterprise GRC transformation projects using leading platforms such as LogicGate and other enterprise risk and compliance systems. We are seeking a GRC Implementation Lead to configure, build, and deploy GRC solutions based on client requirements defined by the Solutions Architecture and Advisory teams. This role is responsible for turning design specifications into fully functional GRC workflows, dashboards, and compliance systems that support enterprise risk and regulatory requirements. You will play a key role in delivering end-to-end GRC platform implementations for global clients. Key Responsibilities - GRC Platform Implementation - Configure GRC systems (e.g., LogicGate or equivalent platforms) based on solution design - Build workflows for risk management, compliance, audits, and controls - Implement dashboards, reports, and automation rules - Set up user roles, permissions, and access controls - Solution Delivery Support - Translate solution architecture into technical platform configuration - Collaborate with GRC Solutions Architects to understand design specifications - Support system setup, testing, and deployment activities - Assist in data migration and system integration tasks - Testing & Quality Assurance - Conduct system testing and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) - Identify and resolve configuration issues - Ensure system functionality aligns with business and compliance requirements - Document test results and implementation outcomes - Client & Stakeholder Support - Support client onboarding and platform training sessions - Provide walkthroughs of configured GRC systems - Respond to implementation-related queries during deployment - Work closely with project delivery teams to ensure successful rollout - Documentation & Process Improvement - Maintain configuration and implementation documentation - Support development of standard implementation templates - Contribute to the continuous improvement of delivery processes Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) - Implementation Delivery - 95%+ accuracy in implementing solution designs - On-time delivery of configuration milestones - Successful deployment of GRC modules without critical defects - Quality & System Performance - Less than 5% rework required after testing phase - Zero critical post-deployment configuration errors - High system stability during UAT and production rollout - Efficiency & Productivity - Timely completion of configuration tasks per project plan - Reduced implementation cycle time through efficient execution - Effective use of reusable templates and standard configurations - Client Satisfaction - Positive feedback from clients and project stakeholders - High satisfaction scores from solution delivery teams - Minimal escalations during the implementation phase Qualifications - 3–7 years of experience in GRC, IT implementation, or enterprise systems delivery - Experience with GRC platforms such as LogicGate, ServiceNow GRC, or MetricStream - Strong understanding of risk, compliance, and audit processes - Experience in workflow configuration or system implementation roles - Familiarity with compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, SOC 2, GDPR) - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders Preferred Experience - Experience in SaaS implementation or enterprise software deployment - Background in consulting, risk management, or IT systems delivery - Exposure to APIs, integrations, or data migration activities - Experience working in global or multi-client environments - Knowledge of business process automation tools Application Method - Interested candidates should submit: - Updated CV - Summary of relevant implementation experience - Details of platforms or systems previously configured - Examples of GRC or compliance-related projects Benefits - Work on global enterprise GRC transformation projects - Hands-on experience with leading GRC platforms - Exposure to end-to-end implementation lifecycle - Opportunity to grow into Solution Architect or Delivery Lead roles - Work in a fast-growing global technology and services company - Be part of building scalable GRC implementation frameworks

Role Description Zayo is seeking a Long Haul Deployment Project Manager to be a critical member of the long haul project team responsible for management of turnkey construction contracts. Our Long Haul Deployment Project Manager utilizes tight project controls and proactive problem solving to anticipate and mitigate issues and keep projects on time and on budget. This role maintains transparent and effective communications with stakeholders and reports directly to the Long Haul Deployment Sr Manager. NOTE: The team is open to this position working remotely within the United States, preferable in the Central and Eastern Time Zones. - Draft, review, and negotiate OSP construction contracts. - Collaborate with legal teams to ensure contract terms and conditions comply with project specifications and legal standards. - Diligently monitor project activities to ensure compliance with contractual obligations throughout the life of each contract. - Evaluate and process change orders; assess impacts to project budget, schedule, and scope. - Facilitate effective communication between project stakeholders, legal teams, and contractors to promptly address contractual issues. - Manage and resolve any disputes that may arise. - Evaluate project status against the contract schedule; issue contract notices and monitor recovery plans. - Work closely with contractors to ensure project progress aligns with schedule expectations. - Actively manage schedules and production forecasts through project execution. - Manage complex regulatory/permitting issues such as NEPA, CPUC, Tribal Lands, etc. - Plan and manage project major materials including planning, ordering, receiving, and dispersal. - Provide project-level and executive project reporting including regular updates to our key customers. - Maintain accurate and organized records of all contract-related documents, correspondence, and changes. - Manage budgets and accurate spend forecasts throughout project execution. - Proactively mitigate risks to stay within budget constraints. - Deliver project as-builts to the support teams in a timely manner to ensure route is protected and properly captured in inventory systems. - Evaluate project invoicing against progress metrics; identify and resolve any anomalies or discrepancies. - Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and as per construction standards. Qualifications - Bachelor's Degree preferred, preferably in Engineering, Construction Management or other related technical field, or equivalent work experience. • Own the Payroll Implementation process, from importing a customer’s previous payroll history to configuring their tax setup. • Iterate creatively on both the product and the process to ultimately deliver a best in class experience to our customers. • Maintain a high level of data integrity for the Customer Success team by auditing clients’ payroll data (including tax filings and imported payroll history from a client’s previous provider) and ensuring Seso is setup to file with the appropriate tax agencies • Own the relationship with customers as they work toward going live on Seso payroll. Be their biggest advocate within Seso. • Help clients through their first payroll run and make sure they have the knowledge to run future payrolls independently • Perform detailed audits of historical data, company level data and employee level data to ensure accuracy and credibility throughout the Implementation • Manage client expectations - Serve as client advocate within Seso to resolve any concerns that may detract from an optimal client experience • You will be coordinating across all departments internally and externally including Product, Engineering, Design, Operations, Partnerships, Finance, and Legal • You will work very closely with leadership to identify and anticipate the risk, opportunities, and key gaps to make our partners successful • Write the playbooks for systems and processes to scale future partners
