Role Description In this role, you will lead the day-to-day delivery of our Clinical Monitoring capability, with a focus on European CRAs. You will bring structure, clarity, and accountability to how we plan, manage, and continuously improve this critical function. - Your scope spans both operational leadership and strategic impact. - Oversee resource planning, performance management, and compliance. - Ensure teams and partners deliver consistently high standards aligned with regulatory expectations and industry best practice. - Act as a trusted representative of our clinical monitoring and project teams throughout the full study lifecycle. - Bring expertise, credibility, and a solutions-oriented mindset to every interaction. Qualifications - College Diploma/University Degree in a relevant field (Health Sciences, Life Sciences preferred, or SoCRA and/or ACRP Certification/Designation). - Minimum of 4-6 years related experience + substantial ongoing training. - Experience in managing CRA staff and ability to provide training and/or mentorship to colleagues. - Ability to work in a remote global capacity. - Strong knowledge of appropriate regulations and guidelines as they pertain to clinical monitoring and GCP. - Team player with a customer service approach and solution-oriented mindset. - Demonstrated leadership skills. - Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills. - Ability to handle multiple tasks to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment. Requirements - Project Planning: Identify, develop, plan for, monitor, approve and/or report on project specific processes and services related to site selection, clinical monitoring, ICH-GCP compliance issue resolution, and global project harmonization. - Customer Service Delivery: Represent and support the Clinical Monitoring teams with internal partners and external Sponsors to identify areas of improvement. - Team Management and Engagement: Manage members of the Clinical Monitoring teams, ensuring functional areas are adequately staffed with qualified personnel. - Third Party Contract Management: Identify, procure, and manage Clinical Monitoring Independent Contractor services. - Product/Service Delivery Support: Provide expertise, developing tools to support project teams and business development. Benefits - Home-based working conditions. - Salary range: €76,500 - €127,500 a year + bonus.
