• Ensure accounting for loan receivable balance is in accordance with GAAP and other regulatory requirements • Design and execute financial controls and reporting • Process payments (checks, ACH, credit card, wire transfers) • Reconcile customer accounts and investigate discrepancies • Identify opportunities for automation and operational process improvement • Partner with Legal, Compliance, and Account Servicing teams on error remediation • Work with external auditors on financial statement and SOC 1 audit

• Ensure accurate and timely accounting transactions and reconciliations • Post entries to the general ledger and analyze data • Manage month-end close processes • Collaborate with employees throughout the organization • Work with third-party auditors to ensure compliance and accurate financial reporting • Prepare audit schedules and work with auditors on questions • Recommend and implement improvements to accounting controls, procedures, and policies • Assist with consolidation processes, purchase accounting, and integration of acquisitions

• Enable Rula’s Revenue Accounting team through accounting excellence, technological innovation, and improved revenue accounting processes • Responsible for key parts of the monthly close, financial reporting, and compliance • Apply knowledge of revenue accounting to ensure proper revenue recognition • Partner cross-functionally to support scalable revenue operations • Join a collaborative, detail-oriented team that values ownership and continuous improvement

• Perform and review general ledger accounting activities, ensuring accuracy and adherence to monthly close timelines. • Prepare, review, and post journal entries in accordance with GAAP, company policies, and internal controls. • Lead monthly and quarterly balance sheet reconciliations, including investigation and resolution of variances and unusual transactions. • Analyze financial data and account activity to ensure completeness, accuracy, and proper classification of transactions. • Support preparation of monthly financial statements, reporting packages, and audit support schedules. • Assist with the month-end and year-end close processes, including accruals, prepaids, fixed assets, and other complex accounting areas. • Collaborate closely with Accounts Payable, Payroll, Program Finance, and other departments to ensure accurate and timely recording of transactions. • Review and monitor corporate credit card activity and compliance with company policies. • Support external audits, internal audits, and compliance reviews by preparing supporting documentation and responding to auditor inquiries. • Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes, controls, and efficiencies. • Assist with implementation and enhancement of accounting systems, processes, and reporting capabilities. • Ensure compliance with internal controls, GAAP, and applicable regulatory requirements.
