Role Description Estamos procurando uma pessoa Sales Development Representative (SDR) altamente motivado para apoiar a expansão de nossas operações nos Estados Unidos. Esta função é responsável por gerar novas oportunidades de negócios por meio da prospecção proativa e da qualificação de leads. Trata-se de um cargo estratégico com forte foco na abordagem proativa, ideal para alguém resiliente, comunicativo e orientado para resultados. Responsibilities - Realizar prospecção proativa por meio de ligações não solicitadas, e-mails e contato pelo LinkedIn; - Identificar e qualificar clientes potenciais com base no Perfil do Cliente Ideal (ICP); - Agendar reuniões com clientes qualificados para a equipe de vendas; - Gerenciar e manter um fluxo consistente de leads no CRM; - Acompanhar as interações e dar continuidade às oportunidades; - Colaborar com as equipes de marketing e vendas para aprimorar as estratégias de prospecção; - Testar e otimizar roteiros, mensagens e abordagens de prospecção. Qualifications - Nível de inglês C1 ou C2 (obrigatório), com excelentes habilidades de comunicação oral e escrita; - Experiência anterior como SDR, BDR ou em funções de vendas proativas; - Experiência na venda de serviços de TI, desenvolvimento de software ou soluções tecnológicas; - Experiência em trabalhar com clientes internacionais ou no mercado dos EUA; - Experiência comprovada em ligações não solicitadas e prospecção proativa; - Familiaridade com ferramentas de CRM (por exemplo, HubSpot, Salesforce); - Excelentes habilidades organizacionais e capacidade de gerenciar vários leads; - Mentalidade proativa, resiliente e orientada para objetivos.
