• Responsible for overseeing multiple complex senior housing capital projects throughout the New Jersey market • Manage approximately 3-5 projects at any given time • Participate in oversight of contractors, construction schedules, and providing status reports and communication to internal and external project stakeholders • Conduct frequent property inspections to ensure projects follow proper safety precautions • Supervise the work of contractors, escalate potential risks and issues as necessary • Ensure the physical integrity of the property • Organize and participate in stakeholder meetings • Ensure project close-out documents are in order • Prepare/update weekly project status reports to internal/external stakeholders

• Acts as the primary coordinator for the receipt and log-in of samples and standards • Manages shipment requests • Manages sample and standard workflows, including check-outs, shipping, relog and disposal activities to support laboratory analysis • Tracks project progress, within assigned client team and associated support teams, provides status updates • Initiates project set up process • Manages reagent documents for client and team, including Certificates of Analysis (CofAs) and Safety Data Sheets (SDSs) • Coordinates and tracks the completion of internal lab-based projects, including facility audits and incident reports • Manages client communication related to sample and standard processes • Supports the client relationship manager with daily progress updates to ensure project completion • Manages timelines; identifies and escalates risks as necessary • Attends internal meetings

• The Senior Project Manager & Business Analyst leads complex, cross‑functional initiatives from initiation through delivery while driving business requirements, process optimization, and strategic analysis. • In this hybrid role, you oversee project planning, execution, and resource management while analyzing business processes to ensure alignment with organizational goals. • Serving as a key liaison between stakeholders and project teams, you facilitate organizational alignment, ensure strong stakeholder engagement, and guide the successful implementation of business solutions that deliver measurable value.

• Serve as the focal point and lead cross-functional teams to deliver new or upgraded products/services from inception to completion (or transition). • Ensure all projects adhere to accepted quality metrics, deadlines, and budget constraints. • Oversee the overall pre-tax profit and ensure proper management of the three constraints: quality, cost, and time. • Direct and coordinate the work activities of the project team, ensuring optimal performance and motivation. • Lead large programs or portions of very complex programs. • Accountable for accomplishing stated project objectives within the stipulated time and budget. • Develop the complete project plan, set deliverable dates, and track progress. • Utilize standard Project Management tools (schedule, critical path analysis, budget, change order, risk assessment, action item log, etc.) to analyze complex issues and develop effective resolutions. • Establish, track, and audit project budgets, analyze variances, and develop required action plans. • Coordinate internal resources (System Technologists, Field Service, Service Shop) and third parties/vendors for flawless project execution. • Work with the Scheduling and Engineering Management teams to ensure resource availability and allocation. • Manage and communicate changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs. • Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques, reporting and escalating to management as needed. • Serve as the primary communicator to the customer's organization and relevant internal senior stakeholders. • Conduct regular project reviews to communicate status and participate in project review and status meetings. • Successfully manage the relationships of all project resources. • Represent the organization on projects and may perform in a project leadership role. • Involved in the management of project staff including project reporting, administration, and communication. • Utilize six sigma and project management methodologies (PMBOK understanding required) to ensure maximum project effectiveness. • Lead and drive efficiency by using tools that support Project Management best practices. • Look for ways to continuously improve Project Management efficiencies. • Identify and communicate defects (in materials, part numbers, software versions) to appropriate product planners to resolve quality and reliability issues impacting upgrades.
