Workday Project Manager
Strada
• Work with the Client Project Managers to manage Workday implementations through the various lifecycle stages, from project planning through design and delivery. • Agree upon and actively manage key milestones, deliverables, roles and responsibilities. • Onboard project resources, maintain forecasts, track budgets, and control project scope to prevent scope creep. • Develop strong and trusting relationships and serve as the primary liaison between clients, Strada executives and project teams, as well as Workday (when needed). • Manage and guide the Strada project team(s) throughout the project. • Identify project dependencies, anticipate potential delays, and establish risk mitigation strategies. • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports and RAID logs. • Leverage Strada Workday deployment methodologies and tools, document lessons learned, suggest improvements and proactively address issues.
Job Requirements
- Strong project management skills with a proven track record of managing software implementation projects within Workday, Peoplesoft, Oracle, SAP or similar applications
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English (required), plus one other European language: German / French / Spanish / Italian (preferred)
- Strong stakeholder and team management skills
- Commercial acumen – understanding the drivers and effectively managing project budgets and forecasts to maximise revenue and profitability
- Problem solving skills and solution-oriented attitude
- Experience of working in international and virtual teams
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to frequent change
- If not already Workday certified, you will be supported to obtain and maintain the Workday Project Manager certification
