• Serve as the focal point and lead cross-functional teams to deliver new or upgraded products/services from inception to completion (or transition). • Ensure all projects adhere to accepted quality metrics, deadlines, and budget constraints. • Oversee the overall pre-tax profit and ensure proper management of the three constraints: quality, cost, and time. • Direct and coordinate the work activities of the project team, ensuring optimal performance and motivation. • Lead large programs or portions of very complex programs. • Accountable for accomplishing stated project objectives within the stipulated time and budget. • Develop the complete project plan, set deliverable dates, and track progress. • Utilize standard Project Management tools (schedule, critical path analysis, budget, change order, risk assessment, action item log, etc.) to analyze complex issues and develop effective resolutions. • Establish, track, and audit project budgets, analyze variances, and develop required action plans. • Coordinate internal resources (System Technologists, Field Service, Service Shop) and third parties/vendors for flawless project execution. • Work with the Scheduling and Engineering Management teams to ensure resource availability and allocation. • Manage and communicate changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs. • Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques, reporting and escalating to management as needed. • Serve as the primary communicator to the customer's organization and relevant internal senior stakeholders. • Conduct regular project reviews to communicate status and participate in project review and status meetings. • Successfully manage the relationships of all project resources. • Represent the organization on projects and may perform in a project leadership role. • Involved in the management of project staff including project reporting, administration, and communication. • Utilize six sigma and project management methodologies (PMBOK understanding required) to ensure maximum project effectiveness. • Lead and drive efficiency by using tools that support Project Management best practices. • Look for ways to continuously improve Project Management efficiencies. • Identify and communicate defects (in materials, part numbers, software versions) to appropriate product planners to resolve quality and reliability issues impacting upgrades.
Job Requirements
- A Bachelor’s Degree combined with 6+ years of experience in project management, engineering, or a similar field.
- Experience forecasting and driving revenue through project management.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Familiarity with Six Sigma and other project management methodologies.
- Experience with at least one of the following: Public Safety communications systems, cellular infrastructure, civil construction, Military communications, IT Networks
- PMP and/or Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM).
- PM Masters Certificate a plus.
- Motorola Solutions Field System Integration experience is a plus
- Understanding of two way radio infrastructure communications products, services, and systems.
- Must be a self motivated team player able to work effectively with general guidance toward objectives.
- Must have excellent interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Must be a U.S. citizen with ability to obtain necessary security clearance as required by government contract(s).

• The Creative Project Coordinator is the connective tissue of our creative team, keeping projects moving, people informed, and work organized. • This role is responsible for trafficking creative tickets, managing the proof review process in PageProof, supporting our Digital Asset Management (DAM) platform, and serving as a responsive, service-minded liaison between creative, marketing, and sales. • Duties include receiving, reviewing, and organizing incoming creative Jira tickets, managing proofs, supporting DAM, performing basic design edits, and administrative support.
• Design and analyse clinical trials, interpreting complex medical data • Develop drug supply planning strategy and overall management of supplies for clinical studies • Manage clinical supply planning and forecasting for study protocols • Serve as member of clinical study team and/or clinical drug supply team, as assigned • Interpret relevant protocol information to develop packaging/labeling design and/or global distribution strategy • Support design and set-up of IRT system • Support financial planning for global clinical supplies, including budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning activities for clinical trials and pharmaceutical development pipeline • Coordinate the origination, proofing and translation of clinical study labels, as required • Monitor global clinical supply inventory at the clinical site level for both IRT and traditional studies via tracking of specific milestone dates and adjusting drug distribution plan accordingly • Coordinate drug supply delivery timelines with Clinical, packaging source area(s), and indirectly with GMP laboratories, QA and Regulatory Affairs, as required • Maintain close communications with all internal-chain groups to ensure the adequate supply of clinical supplies throughout the duration of a clinical trial • Serve as ‘consultant’ for managers throughout the organization on issues related to clinical supplies and project management
