Job Description

Operations Specialist

Aledade, Inc.

• Provide essential operational support that keeps our ACO running smoothly • Prepare high-level board presentations • Coordinate key events like ACO retreats and kick-offs • Design critical reports using business intelligence tools • Monitor compliance activities • Support leadership on special projects • Ensure seamless communication across all levels of the organization

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree plus 1 to 3 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Healthcare Industry experience is a plus.
  • Project management process knowledge is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a rapidly changing startup environment.
  • Ability to travel up to 10% across the year for team retreats & events.
  • Ability to sit for prolonged periods and extensive keyboard use.
