Affiliate Partnerships Specialist

Siege Media

• Support the execution and management of affiliate marketing campaigns across assigned client accounts. • Assist in identifying and recruiting affiliate partner, onboarding, relationship management, and ongoing communication under the guidance of senior team members. • Monitor affiliate campaign performance and analyze key metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for optimization. • Prepare recurring reports and performance updates for internal teams and clients. • Maintain accurate campaign documentation, partner records, and reporting dashboards. • Participate in client meetings and internal strategy discussions while developing account management and client communication skills. • Collaborate with internal teams and coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and partner communications to support campaign launches, partner activations, and promotional initiatives, ensuring they launch successfully and on schedule. • Stay current on affiliate marketing trends, industry developments, affiliate platforms, and emerging partnership opportunities. • Hit project deadlines while maintaining utilization goals. • Deliver a reliable, solutions-oriented approach to helping clients grow through affiliate partnerships and performance marketing initiatives.

Job Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in affiliate marketing, partnership marketing, influencer marketing, performance marketing, account management, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with affiliate marketing tracking technologies, including cookies, tracking pixels, affiliate links, attribution methodologies, and insertion orders.
  • Experience using analytics platforms, reporting tools, and spreadsheets to track, analyze, and optimize campaign performance.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and identify actionable insights.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing funnels, conversion metrics, customer acquisition strategies, and affiliate marketing best practices.
  • Understanding of how affiliate partnerships support broader business and marketing objectives.
  • Experience with affiliate platforms such as Impact, CJ, PartnerStack, Awin, Amazon Associates, Everflow, or similar affiliate networks.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in a fully remote environment.
  • Experience working in Google Workspace and project management systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in campaign execution and reporting.
  • Comfortable participating in client meetings and presenting campaign performance updates with support from senior team members.
  • Previous experience supporting partner recruitment, business development initiatives, or publisher outreach efforts.
  • PXA Industry Associate Certification or comparable affiliate marketing certification is a plus.
