Key Account Manager – Pulp & Paper

• Grow the business: Identify and win new opportunities while expanding existing accounts • Lead technical programs: Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize treatment systems for performance and efficiency • Build strong relationships: Serve as a trusted advisor to operations, engineering, and procurement teams • Own account success: Manage revenue, pricing, contracts, and customer satisfaction • Deliver results: Present insights, drive improvements, and support customers in achieving operational goals • Champion safety & compliance across all customer sites
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of chemical experience within an industrial setting
- Strong hands‑on troubleshooting and mechanical skills
- Proven ability to build customer relationships and grow accounts
- Excellent communication and technical reporting skills
- Valid driver’s license
