• Create and structure copy for different funnel stages: VSLs, sales pages, advertorials, quizzes, emails, ad creatives, order bumps and sequences. • Develop angles, big ideas and offers from scratch based on market and audience research. • Continuously test and optimize copy by reading metrics (CTR, CVR, CPA, ROAS) and iterating based on data. • Collaborate with the traffic, editing and strategy teams to align messaging and scale campaigns. • Maintain volume: produce creatives and copy variations at the pace required by the operation.

• Register and maintain materials in ERP (SAP / TOTVS), ensuring data consistency and quality • Classify materials by NCM and CEST accurately • Apply knowledge of ICMS, IPI, PIS/COFINS and NF-e in day-to-day activities • Process and organize large volumes of data using Excel

• Act directly in the parametrization, definition and application of tax rules in GUEPARDO Tax, ensuring system configurations are 100% compliant with the complex current legislation (federal, state and municipal). • Actively participate in implementation and optimization projects, working on the integration of GUEPARDO with the SAP ERP and satellite systems. • Prepare, review and deliver tax filings (EFD, ECD, ECF, REINF, DCTFWeb, GIA, etc.), with strong ability to cross-check large volumes of data. • Prepare and review detailed working papers (header, objective, procedure, conclusion) to document risks, issues and credit recovery. • Perform tax/accounting reconciliation, illustrating practical cases and gaining a deep understanding of the logic of tax calculation.

• Apoiar diretamente o Gerente de Projetos no planejamento, execução, monitoramento e controle de projetos de TI, aplicando metodologias SAP (Activate, ASAP, Ágil), PMO e PMBOK. • Gestão de Escopo, Cronograma e Custo: Elaborar, gerenciar e atualizar cronogramas detalhados, custos, margem de entrega e escopo, garantindo o cumprimento dos prazos previstos. • Organizar e participar de reuniões diárias (Daily Stand-ups) para discutir progresso e bloqueios, além de conduzir reuniões de status e de alinhamento com equipes internas (funcionais SAP, desenvolvedores) e stakeholders do negócio/fornecedores (Guepardo e consultorias parceiras). • Realizar a gestão de riscos e issues (problemas), propondo planos de ação, alternativas para desvios e gerenciando conflitos. • Atuar na análise de requisitos de negócio, conferindo documentações e traduzindo necessidades fiscais/legais em especificações funcionais e técnicas para parametrizações no Guepardo e SAP. • Ser o ponto focal na integração do Guepardo Tax com os módulos do SAP (FI, CO, MM, SD), entendendo fluxos de dados, impactos na apuração fiscal e obrigações acessórias. • Participar ativamente das fases de testes (unitários, integrados e UAT), garantindo que as configurações e desenvolvimentos atendam à legislação vigente e aos requisitos do projeto. • Definir e desenvolver/melhorar processos, métricas e indicadores de gerenciamento de projeto. • Manter a documentação de projetos atualizada em ferramentas de gestão, incluindo atas de todas as reuniões, escopo, cronogramas, lições aprendidas, e a conferência/guarda de evidências e formalizações. • Elaborar status report semanal e garantir a comunicação fluída e clara entre as áreas de negócio, TI e os stakeholders do projeto. • Preparar os artefatos necessários para Kick-off e os termos de abertura e encerramento de projeto.

• Operar e otimizar campanhas no FastTrack CRM (e-mail, push, SMS, in-app) • Criar e gerenciar fluxos de automação, segmentação e jornadas de jogadores • Analisar performance de campanhas e propor melhorias com base em dados • Desenvolver estratégias de retenção, reativação e fidelização • Monitorar KPIs de CRM: churn, LTV, reativação e engajamento

• Lead end-to-end development (frontend and backend); • Collaborate with Product and Design teams and mentor developers; • Implement secure APIs, optimize code and manage CI/CD infrastructure; • Monitor performance, propose improvements and document technical processes.

• End-to-End Creation: Scripting, image/video generation, lip-sync, voice cloning and soundtracks via AI • Editing & Finishing: Assembly, subtitling and technical formatting (9:16, 1:1, 16:9) • Performance: Test variations of hooks and CTAs focused on retention and conversion • Trends: Apply current references from the AI video ecosystem and collaborate with the creative team

• Develop and maintain modern, responsive user interfaces using Node.js within the front-end ecosystem. • Integrate cryptocurrency APIs and smart contracts into user interfaces. • Accelerate the development cycle through regular use of AI tools (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, ChatGPT, Claude, etc.). • Collaborate with the technical team to optimize the performance and scalability of game applications.
