• Conduct functional and non-functional manual testing of our mobile and VR applications to identify defects and inconsistencies • Perform root cause analysis of the issues, report and track them • Contribute to prevention strategy of the identified issues • Create and improve test documentation to facilitate the testing process • Collaborate with the team and stakeholders on quality improvement, issue resolving and requirements refinement • Provide clear and non-ambiguous reporting on tasks progress, notifying about obstacles in a timely manner • Readiness to pair testing and knowledge share with other members of the QA team, fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement

• You will take on disciplinary leadership of the QA team (currently 8 people), support your team’s development and build a clear career path from Junior to Lead • You define and further develop the QA strategy for the entire engineering organization — including quality gates, Definition-of-Done standards and quality KPIs • You build a cross-cutting test automation platform (E2E, API, integration, UI) and own its integration into our CI/CD pipelines with clear feedback loops and shift-left approaches • You establish a sustainable operating model for the QA function across all product teams and work closely with Tech Leads, Product Owners and DevOps • You create a QA and test automation roadmap as a first-class artifact with quarterly goals and measurable milestones — aligned with engineering and product strategy

• Lead end-to-end QA activities including test planning, execution, reporting, and defect tracking. • Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies, test plans, and test cases. • Coordinate with development, business, and project teams to ensure quality deliverables. • Manage functional, regression, integration, system, and user acceptance testing activities. • Oversee automation testing initiatives and improve test coverage and efficiency. • Track defects, coordinate resolutions, and ensure timely closure of issues. • Monitor testing progress, risks, and quality metrics, providing regular status updates to stakeholders. • Mentor QA team members and enforce QA best practices and standards. • Support release validation, production testing, and deployment activities. • Ensure compliance with quality standards, security requirements, and documentation processes.

• Automation & Test Engineering: Build and maintain automation infrastructures for Laravel backends and Moodle integrations using Pest, PHPUnit, Playwright, or Cypress. • AI Validation: Formulate strategies to test AI-centric features, including grading engines, response latency, and personalized learning trajectories. • CI/CD Integration: Embed test coverage, quality gates, and automated release controls into GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps. • Performance & Reliability: Support load testing to handle massive student traffic volumes, and use observability tools (Grafana, New Relic) to monitor system health. • Architecture Collaboration: Review technical designs and define testing approaches for LTI integrations, custom Moodle plugins, and external partner APIs.
