• You develop and maintain strong, long-term partnerships with key B2B customers, focusing on the sale of used vehicles • You work with an attractive dealer portfolio consisting of both cold and warm leads • You continuously oversee and advance the development of B2B sales structures • You analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities • You monitor customer performance, sales forecasts, and key metrics, and report on them • You are a problem-solver, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
Job Requirements
- Some or, ideally, several years of experience as an Account Manager or in telesales, preferably in a B2B environment
- Proven track record in sales — you regularly exceed your targets and demonstrate strong negotiation skills
- A strong hands-on mentality combined with analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Confident user of CRM systems and common project management tools
- Ideally, initial experience in the automotive industry or a related sector
- Very good written and spoken German to professionally support our German-speaking customers
