Sales Engineer
Ruhrpumpen
Role Description Provides sales & customer support coverage, management and strategic focus for the North American End-user Sales of Ruhrpumpen in a defined territory and/or account lists. End-user Sales is responsible for increasing sales, market share and profits for all Ruhrpumpen product lines, as well as Non-OEM products, as defined in sales strategies; with a focus on repairs & retrofits of all brands of pumping equipment (OEM or Non-OEM), mechanical optimization, parts, and new pumps sales, across all market segments. - Grow business in all market segments by calling on assigned customers on a regular basis. - Maintain active communication and relationships with respective in-house personnel. - Develop and maintain active relationships with buying influences and develop new relationships to maintain and grow customer/territory interactions. - Identify and develop new customers and new sales potentials. - Responsible for territory/customer forecast, budgets, and cost control via company approved systems, methods, and policies. - Represent all Ruhrpumpen products including Non-OEM products as defined in sales strategies. - Partner with customers to understand project specifications and scope requirements to ensure proposals are generated to meet requirements. - Recommend changes to Key Account sales strategies/tactics as they are periodically evaluated for effectiveness. - Negotiate orders, including all technical, commercial, and legal details to mutual satisfaction of all parties. - Provide new pump opportunities to OE Inside Sales Group for quoting and specifications. - Travel to customer locations to ensure close and regular face-to-face contact. - Entertain customers during and outside normal business hours on a regular basis. - Complete monthly activity reports and forecasts including industry/market/account competitive analysis to support management strategy. Qualifications - Open to travel. - Candidate must live in Texas Area or Oklahoma area. - Ability to communicate ideas, concepts, solutions, customer pay-back at all levels of the customer’s at a high professional level. - Ability to manage a sales territory, develop and execute individual business plans. - Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering or Similar. - 5+ years Pump Industry Experience. Role Description Atwell’s Land Solutions team is growing, and we’re looking for a Document Management Specialist to support active projects across transmission, pipeline, and renewable energy markets. This is a detail-driven, operations-focused role where your ability to manage title, lease documentation, and project files directly impacts the success and timing of land acquisition efforts. You’ll serve as a key partner to Project Managers and Land Agents -- ensuring documents are accurate, compliant, and delivered on time across a high-volume project environment. Role Description As a Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for Sales and Development of the Victaulic HVAC products and systems with the focus on the North of Italy. - Promote the Victaulic System for binding application and HVAC solutions. - Ensure that the proper knowledge of the Victaulic solutions and system is present in the region, through usage of adequate means such as: seminars, training, technical literature, and technical support. - Pursue and obtain the acceptance and specification of the Victaulic System by Owners and Engineering Consulting companies. - Field demonstrate the proper installation of the Victaulic system. - Visit job sites and follow up on the installation process of the Victaulic System by the contractor. Train the contractor's personnel in usage and installation of the Victaulic system if required. - Co-ordinate with other sales colleagues in the territory. - Liaise with the local Victaulic distributor and ensure the proper information flow is available and maintained. - Report on a weekly basis to the Sales Director on activities and marketing information & achieve the budgeted sales and results. Qualifications - Live in the Lombardian region. - University / College degree, preferably as a mechanical engineer, or demonstrate equivalent. - Sales and Technical knowledge acquired through experience (minimum 3-5 years). - Familiarity with the mechanical application business - or show the ability to quickly acquire the necessary knowledge and skills. - Commercial feeling and ambition with a customer-oriented approach. - Strong team-oriented behavior, communication skills, and professional appearance. - Result-driven - The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing challenges. - Required to travel in the whole Italian territory. - Can communicate fluently in English.
