• Attend and record meetings; • Update contract monitoring spreadsheet; • Request and track issuance of invoices; • Request and coordinate travel arrangements; • Update financial controls and general controls; • Review and record OS, TRPs, TRDs; • Send weekly status updates of information requested by the manager; • Review general project documents; • Analyze, identify and address contractual pending issues; • Review and control documentation required by the Terms of Reference; • Support event management within the CAPES partnership; • Create Purchase Requests; • Monitor contractual deadlines with partners; • Prepare official letters and communication documents; • Upload documents to the platform for digital signature; • Organize reports, folders and general documents; • Periodically review and update information; • Analyze documentation and propose improvements; • Other administrative activities within the scope of the CAPES/RNP Cooperation and related projects.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Administration or Public Management;
  • Minimum of three years' experience in administrative activities;
  • Proficiency in Office suite (Microsoft Office);
  • Proficiency with Protheus ERP;
  • Basic use of SEI (Electronic Information System);
  • Basic knowledge of the third sector and Service Provision Contracts.

Role Description TechOp is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst to support mission-critical federal programs. This is a fully remote position. The ideal candidate will work closely with government stakeholders, technical teams, and subject matter experts to gather requirements, analyze business processes, support system development efforts, and drive successful project outcomes.
