Role Description As an Accounting & Finance Intern at Wildpack, you’ll gain hands-on experience supporting the financial operations of a multi-site manufacturing business. This role is ideal for someone who wants to go beyond textbook accounting and understand how finance actually operates inside a business—working closely with operations, supply chain, and leadership to support real-time decision making. - Support day-to-day accounting activities including journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close processes - Assist with tracking and analyzing production costs, inventory, and COGS across multiple facilities - Help prepare financial reports, variance analyses, and dashboards for internal stakeholders - Partner with operations teams to understand cost drivers and identify areas for efficiency - Support AP/AR processes, including invoice tracking, payment reconciliation, and vendor coordination - Assist with budgeting and forecasting exercises - Contribute to ad hoc financial analysis and special projects Qualifications - Currently pursuing (or recently completed) a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field - Strong attention to detail with an analytical mindset - Comfortable working with data and numbers (Excel proficiency required) - Curious, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment - Strong communicator who can work across teams Requirements - Exposure to accounting or ERP systems (e.g., Odoo, QuickBooks, NetSuite) - Interest in manufacturing, CPG, or supply chain environments - Experience with financial modeling or data visualization tools Benefits - Real ownership and meaningful work from day one - Exposure to the inner workings of a scaling manufacturing business - Opportunity to work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams - Fast-paced environment where your ideas and contributions matter - Potential pathway to a full-time role
