• Monitor the performance, availability, and health of MarTech, CRM, CIAM, and digital experience platforms. • Deploy new releases of software products, ensuring seamless upgrades and minimal downtime. • Conduct routine operational checks, validate deployments, and ensure vendors meet SLAs. • Support and troubleshoot web and mobile applications. • Respond to operational incidents, escalate as needed, and resolve issues. • Collaborate with vendors to ensure timely, high-quality ticket resolution. • Participate in incident RCA and problem management processes. • Provide L2 technical support. • Assist with testing, environment validation, and configuration verification. • Use debugging tools, APIs, and shell utilities. • Execute standard operational procedures. • Support continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging AI technologies. • Develop and maintain scripts to automate routine tasks and improve operational efficiency. • Contribute to Agile/DevOps workflows.

• Support day-to-day sales and partnership execution, ensuring deals, contacts, and activities are tracked consistently • Help maintain pipeline visibility, deal hygiene, and stage accuracy • Assist with outbound and inbound lead coordination and follow-up • Help track deal progress from first contact through NDA, SOW, and contract • Support documentation of sales processes, deal stages, and playbooks • Monitor bottlenecks (e.g., legal review, presales support) and flag issues early • Support conference, campaign, and content execution • Help ensure marketing activities translate into sales-ready opportunities • Assist in tracking campaign outcomes and engagement signals • Work within our CRM and GTM tools to maintain data accuracy, generate basic reports and dashboards, and support adoption by sales and leadership

• Lead, optimize, and scale external site level operational leadership across all assigned hospitals. • Oversee day-to-day operations and performance of assigned Regional Directors of Operations and clinical programs ensuring high service quality, patient experience, and operational efficiency. • Serve as the primary operational executive contact for key client partners, building and maintaining strong relationships with hospital executives, physician leaders, and other stakeholders. • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline partner workflows, resolve issues, and implement best practices that improve outcomes and reduce variability across sites. • Establish, track, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for partner operations, providing regular reports and insights to senior leadership and clients. • Ensure adherence to company policies, contractual obligations, and regulatory requirements across all sites.

• Manage a global team of security analysts and engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence, continuous learning, and collaboration. Provide regular coaching, performance feedback, and career development guidance. • Develop and execute the roadmap for cyber threat intelligence, hunting, incident response, and purple teaming services to align with business objectives and the evolving threat landscape. • Effectively communicate complex technical findings, incident statuses, and strategic recommendations to both technical and executive audiences. • Drive the continuous improvement of security operations playbooks, procedures, and team capabilities. • Act as a senior incident responder during major security events, providing technical guidance and hands-on support for containment, eradication, and recovery. Perform analysis on compromised systems. Create and test incident response plans. • Lead and participate in proactive, hypothesis-driven threat hunts across our enterprise networks and cloud environments using EDR, SIEM, and other security data sources. Develop novel hunting techniques and analytics. • Oversee the CTI lifecycle, from collection and analysis to dissemination. Personally analyze and contextualize intelligence from various sources to inform defensive actions and hunting missions. • Plan, coordinate, and participate in purple team exercises, working collaboratively to test, measure, and improve our security controls and detection capabilities.
