Job Requirements
- 5–10 years of B2B enterprise sales development or business development experience
- Demonstrable track record of sourcing qualified pipeline against quota
- Experience selling into US accounts is required
- Strong written English — peer-level, non-templated outbound writing
- Comfort with Salesforce or a comparable enterprise CRM and modern sales engagement tools
- Willingness to work hours that overlap meaningfully with US Eastern time
- Preferred Experience selling enterprise software or technology services (Oracle, SAP, Workday, Salesforce, or similar)
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and modern sales engagement platforms

This role is key to expanding market share and brand recognition for Capstone Fire & Safety Management while ensuring client satisfaction.
