Role Description We at Coforge are hiring a Senior SDET – Data Quality Engineering (#21503) with the following skill set. - Own and drive the data quality strategy across enterprise data platforms. - Design and implement testing for ETL/ELT pipelines, including validation, reconciliation, and regression testing. - Build and maintain automated testing frameworks to ensure data accuracy, reliability, and performance. - Collaborate with engineering, analytics, and business teams to improve data quality standards and support reliable decision-making. Qualifications - 8+ years of experience in Data Quality Engineering, SDET, or Quality Engineering roles. - Strong hands-on experience with SQL, Python, dbt, Databricks, and Snowflake. - Expertise in data warehousing concepts and ETL/ELT pipeline validation. - Proven experience building automated data testing frameworks and end-to-end testing solutions. - Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Git, and modern testing strategies. - Experience validating large-scale data pipelines, warehouses, and datasets for quality, accuracy, and performance. - Experience contributing to data quality best practices, testing strategies, and enterprise data environments. - Mandatory experience in insurance or financial services domains (claims, policies, underwriting, regulatory reporting). - Strong communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills. - Ability to work autonomously in complex environments with strong attention to data accuracy and quality.
