• Create blogs, newsletters, social posts, website content, and marketing materials • Manage and support campaigns across LinkedIn, Google Ads, Zoho Campaigns, and related platforms • Support lead generation and marketing outreach initiatives • Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Canva AI, and similar technologies to improve marketing productivity and creativity • Support social media growth and engagement initiatives • Assist with website updates and content management • Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools • Support SEO and digital visibility initiatives • Research healthcare and SaaS marketing trends • Collaborate closely with Product, Sales, and Leadership teams • Maintain consistency in MedNext branding and messaging

• Assist with Australian medical billing workflows and processes • Support billing data entry, reconciliation, and validation activities • Review billing information for accuracy and completeness • Assist with identifying discrepancies and resolving billing-related issues • Work with internal teams to support operational and billing tasks • Maintain accurate documentation and records • Communicate professionally with team members and stakeholders • Learn and follow Australian healthcare billing procedures and compliance standards

• Build and maintain automated testing frameworks • Perform functional and regression testing • Improve QA processes and standards • Mentor junior QA team members • Help drive a culture of quality across the organisation • Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for browser-based applications • Build scalable regression testing processes • Improve test coverage and testing efficiency • Contribute to automation framework improvements • Execute functional, regression, integration, and user workflow testing • Identify, document, and track defects clearly • Validate bug fixes and product enhancements • Ensure high-quality releases across multiple MedNext products • Perform API testing and validation • Validate integrations between system components • Assist with database validation and data integrity checks • Work closely with Developers, Product Owners, Delivery Leads, and DevOps teams • Participate in sprint planning, feature reviews, and release activities • Contribute to improving QA standards, documentation, and processes

• Assist with AI engineering and automation initiatives • Build prototypes and proof-of-concepts using AI tools and APIs • Explore and evaluate emerging AI technologies • Assist with prompt engineering and workflow automation • Support LLM integrations and experimentation • Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and QA teams • Document technical findings, ideas, and implementation approaches • Support testing and improvement of AI-driven features • Stay updated on AI trends and share learnings with the team.

• To provide structured exposure to People & Culture operations within a modern IT organization. • The intern will gain hands-on experience in HR processes, digital HR systems, and administrative coordination while supporting the P&C team in a remote working environment. • This role is designed as a learning-focused opportunity with continuous training, real-time exposure, and professional development in HR practices. • Hands-on experience in maintaining employee records and HR documentation using digital systems • Exposure to recruitment coordination including virtual scheduling, communication, and candidate tracking • Practical involvement in remote onboarding and induction processes • Experience in managing leave, attendance, and timesheet follow-ups through HR tools • Exposure to HR policy development and SOP documentation updates • Participation in day-to-day HR administrative and coordination activities • Basic exposure to Zoho Projects and HR system coordination tools • Understanding how HR functions operate within an IT industry environment
