Additional Details The base pay range for this position is expected in the range below: $217,600 - $290,500 Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including location, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a target bonus and restricted stock units (as applicable) in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as PTO and parental leave). Role Description We are looking for a Team Lead, Workday Development to lead a remote engineering team delivering enterprise Workday solutions for clients across Canada. This role sits within our Engineering Leadership Series and combines hands-on technical leadership with team management, client engagement, and delivery oversight. The ideal candidate is an experienced Workday technical leader with a strong background in software engineering, cloud technologies, integrations, and team leadership. You should be comfortable making architectural decisions, mentoring developers, managing delivery risk, and acting as the primary technical contact for both internal stakeholders and clients.
