Job Requirements
- 8+ years of product experience
- Track record of leading complex, foundational product initiatives
- Strong product intuition across discovery, personalization, merchandising, browse
- Experience with AI, LLMs, and recommendation systems.
- Comfortable navigating legacy architecture
- Ability to harmonize competing priorities
- Experience with subscription or repeat-purchase consumer models, personalized ecommerce or marketplace discovery, recommendation systems, or multi-profile/family account experiences is a plus.
