Job Requirements

  • 8+ years of product experience
  • Track record of leading complex, foundational product initiatives
  • Strong product intuition across discovery, personalization, merchandising, browse
  • Experience with AI, LLMs, and recommendation systems.
  • Comfortable navigating legacy architecture
  • Ability to harmonize competing priorities
  • Experience with subscription or repeat-purchase consumer models, personalized ecommerce or marketplace discovery, recommendation systems, or multi-profile/family account experiences is a plus.
