• Build and scale core exchange infrastructure - order matching, trade execution algorithms, and the data structures that underpin them • Build APIs and data feeds that clients depend on - REST, FIX, WebSockets - and make them fast and reliable • Design robust clearing infrastructure, position management, margining, and how money actually moves. • Drive technical relationships with our customers (market makers, traders, etc.) • Hunt down performance bottlenecks - in databases, internal services, and anywhere latency is costing us • Put systems under pressure before production does - rigorous testing of the things that can't go down • Help invent what prediction market structure looks like beyond what exists today - new contract types, new mechanics, etc. • Move fast, make calls, and own the outcome - we give real autonomy, which means real accountability.

• Identify, evaluate, and cultivate new partnership opportunities across creators/influencers, B2B brands, and affiliate networks. Bringing creative, non-obvious deals to the table • Develop and execute engagement strategies for each partnership channel, ensuring alignment with brand goals and measurable business impact • Own performance reporting for the partners under your umbrella. Tracking key metrics, analyzing ROI, and using data to inform optimization and prioritization decisions • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and promo teams to activate partnerships & integrate them into broader campaigns • Negotiate and close partnership agreement, managing contracts and relationships through their full lifecycle • Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective partners, staying ahead of market trends and competitive activity in the creator & affiliate space

• Own end-to-end project management for complex, integrated campaigns and video productions, tracking briefs, timelines, reviews, and final delivery across multiple stakeholders • Simultaneously manage a high volume of smaller one-off creative requests (static, video, animation), keeping all projects moving without letting anything fall through the cracks • Maintain Monday.com as the single source of truth for all active projects, timelines, and team capacity, own the daily hotsheet so priorities and deadlines are always clear • Lead weekly creative status meetings with team leads to ensure alignment, surface blockers early, and drive accountability • Build and maintain a live resourcing model that maps team bandwidth to project load, flag gaps, overages, and risks before they become problems • Proactively identify and implement AI tools and workflow improvements that help the team work faster, smarter, and more consistently • Use AI tools to draft copy, give structured feedback on creative writing, and help the team iterate faster on messaging

• Serve as the initial point of contact for hardware, software, and access requests across our fully distributed team, triaging and resolving issues efficiently with a high standard for response time and quality. • Build and maintain automations and AI workflows using tools like Okta Workflows, n8n, OpenAI, Claude and similar platforms to streamline provisioning, requests, and routine operational work. • Execute end-to-end onboarding and offboarding workflows in partnership with our People team, including account provisioning/deprovisioning, Google Workspace account management, SaaS access grants and revocations, and enterprise fleet management. • Manage Mac and Windows device lifecycle through Kandji and Jumpcloud MDM: procurement, enrollment, configuration, app deployment, compliance enforcement, and secure wipe/retrieval. • Administer identity and access management in Okta, including SSO configuration, group management, and SCIM integrations. • Support IT security initiatives including endpoint compliance, access audits, and Device Trust enforcement in partnership with the Security/Technical Compliance team • Identify inefficiencies, document processes, and build self-service resources that scale IT operations as the company grows.

• Lead FCM accounting operations, owning day-to-day execution while helping design and scale compliant financial processes as the business grows • Manage the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes, including preparation and review of Form 1-FR-FCM filings and supporting schedules • Prepare and review daily Adjusted Net Capital calculations and customer fund segregation calculations in accordance with CFTC requirements • Manage Segregated Investment Detail Report (SIDR) preparation and support monitoring of the firm’s residual interest in customer accounts • Maintain and enhance the firm’s general ledger, sub-ledgers, and recordkeeping practices to meet regulatory record retention and audit standards • Support annual PCAOB-registered audits and participate in NFA audits and DSRO examinations, including coordinating audit requests and documentation • Oversee daily trade, position, and cash reconciliations, ensuring timely investigation and resolution of breaks • Partner with Finance leadership to document, implement, and continuously improve core accounting policies and procedures, including Capital and Segregation • Help design and maintain processes to support required tax reporting, including IRS Form 1099-B

• Execute and monitor daily customer fund segregation and secured amount calculations in compliance with CFTC regulations • Manage daily cash positioning to meet customer withdrawal requests, exchange margin requirements, and regulatory minimums • Initiate, review, and release wire transfers with strict adherence to internal controls and approval workflows • Support exchange and clearinghouse margin funding, including variation and initial margin movements • Monitor liquidity and identify potential shortfalls or excesses, escalating issues as needed • Maintain accurate records of cash movements, collateral, and bank balances across multiple accounts • Support regulatory reporting, audits, and examinations related to treasury and cash management activities • Collaborate with Accounting, Compliance, and Operations to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant treasury processes

• Own and maintain the incident response process, including defining procedures, tools, and best practices • Guide teams in establishing and monitoring Service Level Objectives (SLOs), including setting up alerts and reporting systems • Lead capacity planning initiatives, focusing on both short and long-term scalability while optimizing costs • Develop and implement disaster recovery plans, including regular testing and regulatory compliance • Collaborate with teams on architecture decisions to ensure high availability and scalability • Manage launch and event planning for high-traffic occasions, focusing on infrastructure preparation and capacity management (a.k.a. Launch Readiness) • Act as an internal expert and consultant for monitoring tools like Datadog and Pagerduty and infrastructure like AWS and Kubernetes • Emphasis on automation and tooling to scale our workload • Contribute across codebases in Ruby, Python, Go, TypeScript, Swift, and Kotlin as needed to support the initiatives described above.

• Work on cutting-edge projects that gamify and enhance the user experience across our products • Design and build clean, reusable, and performant features that will be used by millions of sports fans • Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver experiences • Contribute to the upkeep and ongoing development of our design system and components • Write well-tested, high-quality code while participating in code reviews and ensuring engineering best practices • Work in a high-agency environment where your voice matters in technical discussions and product direction • Learn from talented engineers and leaders in the fantasy and sports betting space while contributing your own unique perspective and expertise

• Drive end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery across Underdog's 200+ person EPD organization, connecting strategy to outcomes and improving how the entire org operates • Own and optimize the operating cadence including town halls, leadership reviews, planning cycles, and monthly updates to ensure consistent organizational rhythm • Manage cross-functional product delivery updates, including bi-weekly All Hands presentations and monthly company-wide product update decks • Assess and improve productivity systems (Jira, GitHub, Notion) and SDLC workflows, identifying bottlenecks and implementing solutions that increase visibility into priorities, timelines, and risks • Lead strategic initiatives that require cross-functional partnership on quick timelines, supporting emerging roadmap priorities with high complexity and high returns • Build and maintain relationships with Directors+ across Engineering, Product, and Design to understand pain points and accelerate solutions • Establish feedback loops (surveys, retros) to surface org health insights and drive continuous cultural improvements

• Collaborate on and lead motion design across the product: define principles, patterns, and guidelines for interaction and UI motion. • Design high-quality microinteractions (transitions, state changes, loading/empty states, feedback, onboarding moments) that improve usability and delight. • Prototype early and often using motion-forward tools to explore interaction models and validate concepts quickly. • Partner deeply with engineers to ensure motion is implemented accurately, efficiently, and accessibly; provide specs and support QA. • Create reusable motion components and contribute to the design system (tokens, curves/easing, durations, choreography rules). • Improve product comprehension with motion that communicates hierarchy, cause/effect, and status (errors, success, progress, latency). • Use research and data to evaluate motion effectiveness (comprehension, conversion, time-to-complete, error reduction). • Mentor designers and up-level motion craft across the team via reviews, critiques, and workshops. • Collaborate with Brand/Marketing when needed to ensure motion feels cohesive across product and storytelling surfaces.
