Role Description The Recruiter Part-Time role is one that must thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume recruiting environment. This role manages a high-volume pipeline of candidates for field-based roles across multiple markets. Success in this role requires urgency, strong communication skills, and the ability to quickly identify and move qualified candidates through the hiring process. - Manage a high-volume requisition load across multiple locations and markets - Generate candidate flow through job boards, database mining, referrals, and outbound sourcing - Conduct a high volume of daily outreach (calls, texts, emails) to active and passive candidates - Complete behavioral-based phone screens and quickly assess candidate fit - Maintain consistent pipeline movement from application to offer - Partner closely with hiring managers to meet weekly hiring targets - Track and manage recruiting activity, including call volume, submissions, interviews, and hires - Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data in the ATS - Ensure a positive, efficient candidate experience while moving at speed Qualifications - Comfortable working in a metric-driven, fast-paced environment - Strong communication and persuasion skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively - Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook) and applicant tracking systems Requirements - Experience in high-volume, hourly, or field recruiting - Familiarity with job boards such as Indeed and LinkedIn - Strong sense of urgency and follow-through - Associate’s degree or equivalent experience required; bachelor’s degree preferred - 1–2 years of recruiting, sales, customer service, or high-volume phone-based experience preferred Benefits - Pay: $20/hour - Work Environment: Remote Position - Career Growth: Ongoing learning and development opportunities - Inclusive Culture: Join a collaborative, diverse team committed to innovation and respect
